    CHAPTER 36: ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS BUREAU
                                  
    36.01 Establishment

    36.01 ESTABLISHMENT
    There shall be created an Ordinance Violations Bureau for the city.
     
    36.02 VIOLATIONS CLERK
    The Clerk-Treasurer, or his/her appointee, shall serve as the Violations Clerk of the Ordinance Violations Bureau.
     
    36.03 PENALTY PAYMENTS
    The Violations Clerk shall accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations, and payment of penalties of not more than $100 for ordinance violations and up to a total of $2,500.00 maximum per occurrence for violations of Section 130.011 (REPEALED).
        
           
    36.04 SCHEDULE OF CITY ORDINANCES
    The following schedule of city ordinances shall be subject to admission of violations before the Violations Clerk:

    36.05 PROCEEDS PLACED INTO GENERAL FUND
    Proceeds from the Ordinance Violations Bureau shall be placed into the General Fund of the city, unless otherwise designated within the specific ordinance subject to this chapter.
