| 52.01 BURIAL GROUNDS

| All grounds within the limits of the city which have been previously laid out and used as cemeteries or burial grounds, shall continue to be used for such purposes, consistent with I.C. 23-14-33-1, et seq.

| 52.02 INTERMENT OF DEAD BODIES
|
| No interment of dead bodies shall be made within the city, except in burial grounds established or hereafter established by authority of the appropriate legal authority.

| 52.99 PENALTY
|
| Any person violating this section may be subject to a fine up to $100.00 per day.
