| 52.01 BURIAL GROUNDS

| All grounds within the limits of the city which have been previously laid out and used as cemeteries or burial grounds, shall continue to be used for such purposes.

| 52.02 INTERMENT OF DEAD BODIES
|
| No interment of dead bodies shall be made within the city, except in burial grounds already established or hereafter established by authority of the Council for such purpose.

| 52.99 PENALTY
|
| Any person convicted before the Mayor of the city of having made the interment contrary to the provisions of
'
52.02 shall be fined in any sum not less than $5 nor more than $10. In addition a sum of $5 for every day's continuance of an interment after the first conviction may be imposed.
