    Hi Patty,
     
    Michelle asked me to forward these items to you. I spoke with Erik late yesterday afternoon about an error in the description contained in this ordinance. He was going to modify that and send you a revised version, I believe.
     
    It is my understanding that you/your office will take care of the notice to the newspaper and Erik’s office will take care of notifying adjacent owners – Michelle is presently putting those owners together to send to him. If our office needs to do anything else with regard to this, please let me know.
