| AN ORDINANCE CREATING A LOCAL ROAD AND BRIDGE MATCHING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, INDIANA:
The Clerk-Treasurer of the Municipal City of Auburn shall establish a new fund to be known as the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund (Grant Fund).
Section II.
The fund shall be a non-reverting fund.
Section III.
The purpose of the Grant Fund shall be for receipt of money from the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund through INDOT as well as local match funds transferred from the State of Indiana’s LOIT Special Distribution Fund earmarked for local road improvements; specifically, Norland Park Pavement Replacements.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and signing by the Mayor.
