Clint Knauer stated that he would like to see language in the

Ordinance

Norman Yoder, Mayor of City of Auburn, informed the Board about
the placement of the Facilities and construction of the towers.

that were discovered concerning the Unified Development Ordinance.
The Board reviewed the following Articles and agreed that some of the
Articles should be corrected.

Page 9-8 906 G4c, Change Negative Recommendation to
Unfavorable Recommendation. -

Page 9-48 G6B, Conditions of approval to be recorded.
The Board of Zoning Appeals maintains
control
and the
Zoning
Administra tor is to determine when conditions have been met.
Would
like the part about "recording" be struck. -

actual lines. Keep this requirement as is. -

Page 11-40, Definition for Thoroughfare Plan makes the
thoroughfare plan from the Comprehensive Plan the "official plan" the
Comprehensive Plan is not binding on the Plan Commission. will place
the Thoroughfare Plan in the Unified Development Ordinances and make
it official.

not constitute a separation of two or more pieces of land owned by one
person, persons in partnership, or a business." Would like to delete
the definition that is underlined.
