23-14-33-1, et seq.
52.02 INTERMENT OF DEAD BODIES
No interment of dead bodies shall be made within the city, except in burial grounds established or hereafter established by authority of the appropriate legal authority.
52.99 PENALTY
Any person violating this section may be subject to a fine up to $100.00 per day.
