Abstract:	CHAPTER 78: MUNICIPAL PARKING FACILITIES Section 78.01 Regulation of Municipally Owned Parking Facilities 78.02 Towing Unauthorized Vehicles from Parking Facilities78.01 REGULATION OF MUNICIPALLY OWNED PARKING FACILITIESThe City of Auburn, Indiana shall regulate all parking facilities owned by the Municipal City of Auburn, Indiana. A sign shall be clearly posted at the entrance of each parking facility owned by the City of Auburn, Indiana identifying the facility as reserved parking and warning that unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the expense of the owner. The towing of said vehicles shall be at the expense of the owner of said vehicle.
