Abstract:	CHAPTER 114: JUNKYARDS Section114.01 Junkyards114.99 Penalty 114.01 JUNKYARDSA) All junkyards within the corporate limits of the city shall be kept and maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and free from offensive odors, and they shall each be surrounded by a light board fence of sufficient height so that no junk can be seen from outside the enclosure. B) No person shall establish a junkyard in the city within 250 feet of any residence at the time the junkyard is established. 114.99 Penalty Any person violating 114.01 shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding $50 and each day that this is violated shall constitute a separate offense.
