Additional letters for the ETJ Zoning has been added. Property owners have submitted the following. We have informed the individuals or property owners to put their statements in writing. We also informed those individuals & property owners that the public hearing aspect of the meeting has been closed and it is up to the plan commission whether to reopen the hearing.
Also, contact our department to let us know of your attendance – Present or Not.

Note: DEF Holdings letter has also been added to present to Plan Commission requesting a waiver for the development plan public hearing process and To allow planning staff the permission to approve the development plan.
The Board of Zoning Appeals recently approved a use variance and setbacks at the April 28th meeting with conditions.
